Halim Canada PR Counselling provides paid immigration-related services including, but not limited to:

• Canada PR profile evaluation and assessment

• CRS score analysis and PR pathway guidance

• Filing and documentation support (where applicable)

All services are advisory and strategy-based in nature. Final decisions related to visa approvals, PR invitations, or immigration outcomes rest solely with Canadian immigration authorities.

4. Booking and Order Confirmation

• Services can be booked through the Website using the available payment options.

• Once payment is successfully completed, an order confirmation will be sent to the registered email address.

• The service agreement is considered active once payment confirmation is generated.

5. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

• We currently offer two payment options as displayed on the Website checkout page.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. We do not store card or banking details.

6. EMI and Third-Party Payment Services

Where EMI options are available, they are provided entirely by third-party banks or financial institutions through the payment gateway. Approval, tenure, interest rates, processing fees, and repayment schedules are governed solely by the issuing bank or card provider. Halim Canada PR Counselling does not influence or control EMI approvals or terms.

7. Service Delivery

• Digital services such as evaluations, reports, or consultations are delivered via email, phone call, or online meeting as communicated at the time of booking.

• Timelines provided are indicative and may vary depending on data accuracy, client responsiveness, and third-party dependencies.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refunds are governed strictly by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, published separately on this Website and incorporated herein by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

All Website content, reports, assessments, text, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of Halim Canada PR Counselling. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages including loss of opportunity or future immigration outcomes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
