Halim PR Consulting – Payment Structure & Refund Policy

This document provides an overview of our pricing structure and refund policy for Canada PR consultation and filing services. This is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a legal agreement.

1. Service Options & Fee

Option 1: Evaluation + Complete PR Filing (Upfront Commitment)
• Fee: ₹35,000 (paid upfront)
• Includes PR evaluation, end-to-end filing support, and strategic guidance across eligible pathways, job assistance.

Option 2: Evaluation Now + Filing Later
• Evaluation Fee: ₹5,000
• Filing Fee (if proceeding later): ₹65,000
• Applicable when the client chooses to proceed after the initial evaluation period.

2. Why the Fee Differs

Clients who commit upfront receive continuous guidance, long-term strategy planning, and priority support. Clients who return later require fresh evaluation, updated strategy, and reprocessing of the profile, which reflects in the revised fee.

3. Refund Policy (Conditional)

If the client fully follows all written advice, completes recommended language targets within timelines, submits documents on time, and remains eligible and active in all suggested programs, yet does not receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) within 14 months from profile activation, 100% of the professional service fee will be refunded upon written request.

Refunds do not apply to government fees, third-party charges, or delays caused by policy changes, client non-compliance, or external authorities.

Shipping and Exchange Policy

Halim Canada PR Counselling primarily provides digital and consultation-based services. As such:

• No physical goods are shipped.

• No shipping timelines apply.

• No exchanges are applicable.

If at any point physical documents or materials are provided, applicable terms will be communicated separately.
